GONZALES, LOUISIANA
Laie Wong

One man. One family. A group of businesses built from nothing — by living every problem first.
The Short Version
Laie Wong grew up the overweight kid. The U.S. Army changed his life, and afterward, in Utah, he won the Utah State bodybuilding Open division as the only natural athlete on stage — then won the Mountain West Natural overall and earned his pro card. He met his wife Emily at Gold’s Gym during those years.
Instead of chasing trophies, he took everything he’d learned to help regular people get in shape. Sixteen years ago he opened a nutrition store in Ascension Parish.
Today, the family runs the store, the gym next door, and the marketing agency that grew out of being burned by one. Most agencies quit in the last year. We did not.

The Businesses
Xtreme Performance Nutrition
The store. Gonzales’ nutrition and supplement shop for 16 years — where Coach L builds your program from a Fit3D scan and your real numbers, not a guess.
Regymen Fitness Ascension
The gym. Coach-led workouts next door to the store, run by Laie’s wife Emily. Joined for the workout, stayed for the community.
SERP Maverick
The agency. Born after Laie fired the agency burning $30K a month and learned marketing himself. Local SEO, Google profiles, and websites for Louisiana businesses — superior service, affordable prices.
Opal & Ivy Salon
The salon. Run by Laie and Emily’s daughter Tiana in Baton Rouge — a coach at Regymen and a stylist with her own chair.
The Client Work
Precision Pools & Outdoors — a SERP client for 2+ years, on the plan to be #1 in Louisiana.
Xtreme Performance Construction — German Suazo’s Gonzales construction company, a SERP client since 2026.
